We recommend a food safe barrier such as a clear cello sheet or cello bag as a bottom liner rather than packing these trays for direct food contact. Large market trays measure 7-1/4" x 9-1/4" at the top, 5-1/2" x 7-1/2" at the bottom, and are 3-1/2" deep. X-Large market trays measure 9-1/2x12" at the top, 8x10" at the bottom and are 4-1/2" deep.
