Very well made, easy to set up. It is quite heavy and for smaller dogs the grid size (in medium) makes it easy to get their jaws caught which could be dangerous. One of the two I purchased for initial inventory shipped without the puppy divider - otherwise prompt ship, quality product . Looking forward to resales
