Our pasta is produced, following an ancient family tradition, in the artisanal company pasta factory with bronze dies and drying at solar temperature in static drying rooms. It is made with Le Saragolle semolina flour obtained from the milling of durum wheat grown 100% on owned, mycorrhized land, using organic and symbiotic farming.
