Sandals are not wide feet friendly, they are even tight on a more narrow foot. You have to size up two sizes and still do not fit great. Received 9/18 pairs that were damaged, I reported the 9 pairs and requested a cancelation with a packing slip to send the damaged shoes back, as I do have some narrow footed customers, planning to keep the other 9 pairs. Company doesn't want to "break pack", even though I did not request new, seeming like the company is just going to sell damaged shoes.
