Consistently high damage rate with shipping and delivery. Product packing needs improvement to avoid this. Value proposition for merchandise marginal at best. In addition, Faire will not honor damaged or malfunctioning merchandise outside a 14 day window. Will not order from this company again nor on Faire for that matter.
