Updated: The issue is with Faire system and not The Future is Bamboo. It has been resolved, and TFIB has reached out to me directly with satisfactory results. Two items were backordered and they had order issues, was told to cancel and re-order so I did. Then I got a double order delivered, and I can't pay the invoices because they say they haven't shipped.

We absolutely love all the products we ordered. The quality is top notch. I was highly impressed with thier packaging design and styles. They all display beautifully and uniquely. I realized awhile back that the packaging sells the product sometimes as much as the product itself does so to find a company that gets that made my shopping experience better for me and my customers.
