Updated: The issue is with Faire system and not The Future is Bamboo. It has been resolved, and TFIB has reached out to me directly with satisfactory results. Two items were backordered and they had order issues, was told to cancel and re-order so I did. Then I got a double order delivered, and I can't pay the invoices because they say they haven't shipped.

We absolutely love all the products we ordered. The quality is top notch. I was highly impressed with thier packaging design and styles. They all display beautifully and uniquely.
