First let me say that the items I ordered are wonderful keepsakes and exactly as expected. My customers are already loving them! Second, the customer service has been incredible! There was a shipping issue with my order - carrier's fault, not at all the fault of the company - but I reached out and not only did they respond immediately, but they resolved the issue right away. I don't think I've ever had such a quick response and resolution from any other Wholesaler. Definitely ordering again!
