A mask of striking appeal, it features two faces under the symbolic horns of power. Kwaku Ofosuhene Apenteng names this piece <i>Asana,</i> the Akan word for "clan," for the mask is inspired by the many tribal customs within the Akan people. A highly-detailed work, the mask is carved of sese wood and adorned with copper and brass plates.

I really love everything that I ordered, but sent almost all of it back. The prices on their website are just above wholesale and there is no way to mark items up high enough to make any kind of profit. I may order again if their website prices are more in line.
