A super premium quality balsamic vinegar that is sweet and syrupy with a very low level of pungency. 250 ml (8.45 oz). One of Ariston's topseller - one taste and you & your customers will see why. Grape type: Mainly Lambrusco and Trebbiano (also Sangiovese,Ancellotta, & Montuni can be used) Source/Region: Modena, Italy Flavor Profile: Sweet with very light pungency and a thick consistency. Tasting notes of raisins, plum, and some smoothness from Oak Barrels. Food Pairings/ Use: Sky’s the limit when it comes to Ariston Traditional Balsamic vinegar pairings and use! Pairs well with any fine cheese or fruit. Finishing all dishes including salads, filet mignon, seafood dishes, grilled vegetables, certain desserts, vanilla ice cream, gelato, and many more. Ariston cares about the customers experience from the moment they meet the customer to even after products are on the shelves. There is no other olive oil, or balsamic as smooth or buttery, as there's. It leaves your food tasting as it should, and salads to ice cream lick your plate out good. It's a staple in our store and will be in yours as well once your customers taste the quality.
