The customer service was exceptional! Jenny was right there with questions and suggestions before she did my custom glass. she made absolutely certain it was going to come out just the way I wanted. that is superb customer service! The glasses were packed exceptional so is not to allow any breakage in shipping. although I had a custom design, they were shipped and received in exceptional time period And they are absolutely beautiful!
