I loved the smiley face hats, and was excited that I could customize the colors. I placed a (thankfully) very small first order of only two hats. When the hats finally came, both of the faces were off center. One is not too bad, but the other is noticeable and I don’t think I’ll be able to sell it. I’ve messaged the company twice about my order with no reply.
