Allow time for reflection. Just like the bear, we all need to find solace in the depths of ourselves, to bury down deep in our caves to rest, and recharge. Tune in to those cycles with our Hibernate Tea. Ritual: HOT BREW: Add 1-2 tbls to one cup of hot water. Steep for 2-4 mins. For a more bitter taste, steep longer, for added sweetness add a dollop of your favorite honey. Drink before bed to help whine down and calm the mind, body, and soul. COLD BREW: Add 2 tbls per cup of cold water. Steep in fridge for 6-8 hrs. Enjoy on ice with your favorite tincture or elixir. Ingredients: Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Lemon Balm (Melissa Officinalis), Valerian Root ( Valerina Officinalis), Lavender (Lavendula). 375ML
