Down the Road Spice Co. is a new Indian food brand on a mission to change the way Indian food is cooked and experienced by making it simpler and more approachable. Our first products are a line of small-batch, organic masalas (spice blends) that serve as the base to make incredible, home-cooked Indian dishes with just a few fresh ingredients in minutes. All of our recipes come from our family's cookbook (our Garam Masala has been in our family for 60 years!) and are made using the best single-origin, organic spices and small-batch roasting, grinding and blending them for max freshness, flavor and potency.
