Description
Ballagh Rocks lighthouse was established to guide vessels navigating the rocky coast of Donegal. Ballagh Rock is the largest of a group of rocks collectively called Blackrocks. It is sutuated at the northern end of the channel between Aranmore Island and the Donegal mainland at Burtonport, a channel also known as the Aranmore Roads.
