PREPARATION We always use seasonal fruit, at the right level of ripeness. We wash the oranges and cut them into pieces (the peel is edible and therefore consumable, as it is free of toxic substances) and cook them over low heat, adding sugar and lemon juice. We bring the mixture to a boil, let it thicken (without the use of thickeners), and once ready, we blend it to obtain a product with a smooth, non-gelatinous consistency. PAIRINGS It can be enjoyed for breakfast or a snack, on toast or bread, as is traditional. Perfect for filling cakes, tarts, crepes, cookies, brioches, croissants, or for decorating cheesecakes, desserts, and ice creams. Also excellent when paired with cheese. EXPIRATION Preferably consume within 3 years from packaging. Once opened, store in the fridge for a maximum of 7 days.
