PREPARATION We always use seasonal fruit, at the right level of ripeness. We wash the apricots and cook them over low heat, adding sugar and lemon juice. We bring the mixture to a boil and let it thicken (without the use of thickeners), to obtain a product with a non-gelatinous consistency. PAIRINGS It can be enjoyed for breakfast or a snack, on toast or bread, as is traditional. Perfect for filling cakes, such as sacher torte, pies, crepes, cookies, brioches, croissants, or for decorating cheesecakes, desserts, and ice creams. Also excellent paired with cheese. EXPIRATION Preferably consume within 3 years from packaging. Once opened, store in the fridge for a maximum of 7 days.
