We loved all our products but a few got damaged in shipping. We reached out to the vendor to ask for direction on how to proceed to get replacements but didn’t get a reply. (We are new to Faire) after spending some time reading through the help section on the website we figured it out. I reached out again to let them know still with no reply. While we love the items some kind of a reply would have been nice.
