Christmas is a very busy time of year that comes with errors. My issue wasn't the damaged or unavailable items. My issue was the lack of communication and the ambition to make things right. It's unfortunate because my customers raved about the warmies. I'm not sure I can partner with a company who refuses to to communicate.
