A keepsake birthday card for someone born in May that features botanical illustrations of the birth month flower, lily and lily of the valley, illustrated with watercolor and ink. The inside is blank for you to write your own special message. In the Language of Flowers, or Floriography, lily of the valley and lily flowers have a variety of meanings; two are return of happiness and good luck. If you're not familiar with the Language of Flowers, it was a way of communication through flowers. In the Victorian era some things just weren't said so they used combinations of plants in bouquets to convey messages. The greeting card measures 5 x 7.
