I am still waiting for my order to be corrected. I was short shipped an item and another hat was wrong colour. I am promised phone calls back or shipping info to be emailed. No calls no emails. I have placed numerous calls. Still no product to complete my order. The hats themselves are nice, the customer service is deplorable. I am extremely disappointed in my dealings with this company.

These Top Hats and also the Derby Hats are a better Quality and a better price than the Brand I have been buying for years. We distress these and market them to Old West and Mountain Man Reenactors.
