Wholesale Suya (Yaji) Seasoning

Suya is a traditional dish originating from West Africa with the Hausa people. The yaji spice mix is dusted over skewers of thinly sliced meat, such as lamb, beef, chicken, goat, or sometimes shrimp and then grilled to perfection. Suya is typically served with sliced onion and tomato, but a full meal could also be made with a side of jollof rice.
