Good products, but like another reviewer, we too were killed on shipping. Instead of combining many, many small boxes into 3-4 larger boxes, they shipped each small case individually. Very disappointed.

They have a great line-up of titles and very fast shipping. My sell through this holiday season was fantastic on the games I selected, and I look forward to having an assortment from them this coming spring!

i ordered more then 20 packs of hanayama puzzles and they individually shipped them which made the shipping cost more then $270 which should be at most 30-40$ if they put them in a bigger box and shipped it. I requested Faire return and was able to put all of them in a 16x23x23 box, a box i received from ravensburger. Be aware and do not order if you are not offered free shipping, the customer support will not help you.
