My estimated ship day was the 4th of October and I had ordered them on August 31st! I reached out to the company on October 13th, didn’t receive a response until the 17th. They said my order would ship on the 18th. Oct 25th I still had no update for shipping so I messaged them again no response, messaged again the 26th saying I reached out to Faire and then they replied stating usps picked them on the 26th. For the price of the earrings I expected better customer service.
