I don't like leaving negative reviews, but maybe this will help for the future. I was short shipped a few items- no big deal I get that for sure... but what is not great service is asking ME to reach out and request a refund. No- that should of been taken care of by the company. I deal with this and always go above and beyond so my customers don't have to do more work on their end for my issue. Won't be ordering again unfortunately.
