KAÏA is a high-quality organic and single-origin extra virgin olive oil proudly produced in Tunisia. It is made from 100% heirloom Chemlali olives carefully handpicked on our fifth-generation family estate. Harvested in November when the olives change colour from green to purple, KAÏA is high in polyphenols with a low acidity level. Our producer Sarah Ben Romdane supervises the whole process: picking, grading, cold-pressing, bottling and distributing.
