I was told I could not return a product I mistakenly ordered. I was told it is Faire's policy that if it is after your first order, you are stuck. Note that this item was something I had never ordered before. Also, note it was a case of 30 products, and I ordered three. It was a $120.00 mistake, and I am stuck with it. It made up 1/3 of the total of my invoice. I feel like this should have been caught before shipping. Who would need 90 replacement poop bags for the running belts?

I was so looking forward to receiving this order, but when it arrived I realized everything is made in China. I only sells items made in the USA in my shop. The item descriptions listed they were made in the USA. Returns were very easy and owner was easy to work with.

The harness were great and as shown on order site. The Feast Heads were discolored and 2 of them came loose from the packaging/cardboard backing for hanging displaying products.
