Products are fine but order fulfillment and service is awful. The first time I ordered, it took 2 MONTHS for them to even ship. But that was during Q4 (and they told me how busy they were when I reached out) so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I decided to order one more time. That was a month ago and now I just got notified that my order is cancelled because of inability to fulfill. I honestly don’t know why this company is open for business on Faire if they can’t fulfill orders.
