Although the product is great, It’s not great when you planned accordingly and they did not deliver anywhere near the due date. Had to scramble to find replacement product for 287 corporate hot cocoa kits in January. Lots of stress. Oh they didn’t answer phone or get back with us for 1 week to add to the stress. Our client was disappointed. Cancelled order. Not putting myself through that again. Not worth the hassle. This is the first not so good I’ve written in 2 years.
