I had left a lengthy complaint, here, but decided to edit it out. A mistake was made with shipping. Some of the product is nice. My intention is not to hurt them. They have a full 5 star reputation, except for my star. Hopefully, my experience was an exception. We talked it out and I do believe it will not happen again.
