Our honey comes exclusively from our local production. What you find in the pot comes directly from the honeycomb. The honey is extracted manually in the cold, and put into a pot after filtration and maturation. It has no added sugar and is in no way altered by other products. The Spring Break edition of our honey was born because we were lucky enough to be able to put our hives in transhumance in nearby fields. Our bees were therefore able to gather food earlier in the season, and brought us this magnificent honey that we worked with for nearly ten days to obtain its creamy texture as desired. Thanks to regular mixing, we have broken the natural crystallization of honey in order to make its mesh as fine as possible. From caramel beige, its color has changed to pearly white as a result of crystallization, but don't worry, all the benefits and the good taste of honey are there! Capacity: 250 g Production: 2022
