Our Washington hat highlights the unique shape of the great state of Washington, stamped beautifully onto a full grain leather patch. How they're made: Using a combination of heat and pressure we stamp each full-grain leather patch. This debossing process maintains the integrity of the leather while being able to achieve ultra-high detail designs. We hand apply each patch using our proprietary adhesion process in our Laramie, WY workshop. This incredibly strong bond is built to take on anything you throw at it. We bought these hats for our coffee shops and the fronts look exactly like the photos - great quality! That said, the edges in the product images are blurred and resemble a canvas/fabric back to the hats, but the back of the hats which is not shown in the image, is actually a mesh, which was a little bit of a surprise and disappointment as it doesn't quite match the front of the hat as a premium-looking product. Please update the images to reflect the whole product. Thanks! Will buy again.
