Ingredients: Vit C, Vit B3, Vit B6, Vit B12, Red Korean Ginseng, Royal Jelly, Pomegrenate Juice, Propolis, Raw Honey Royal Jelly: Coenzyme A is an organic compound produced in the human body to aid the metabolism of cellular energy. Its synthesis, however, requires the presence of pantothenic acid (Vit. B5). Royal jelly helps increase the production of energy in that it contains pantothenic acid in amounts sufficient to affect the biosynthesis of coenzyme A.

The taste is amazing but it's hard to get to the honey. I only see instructions on the main packaging but not the individual boxes and sometimes when you fold it in half to get to the honey it opens and the honey goes everywhere. I would give this product 5 stars if it was based on taste alone.
