Great customer service! Order shipped quickly. Also, when an item I ordered needed a repair (the chain broke on a necklace), Hawkhouse was quick to reply & switch us out for a new chain, free of charge. I love how raw their pieces are! Also, just to note, stones are natural and may vary widely from the photos you see here. That said, I have been really happy with the quality of the stones in my orders.
