I have been buying from Rifle for years. Love brand and quality is good. Customer service and shipping have gone down hill this past year or so. I've also spoke with other retailers who feel the same. Unfortunately, I placed my holiday order during Faire market in July, but Rifle decided that customers who purchased after me at NYC market should get the merchandise over me. So when it came time for my order to ship, oops, it's suddenly out of stock and discontinued. NOT COOL.
