The quality of the items are okay, not bad given the reasonable cost however I do think they need to work on packaging orders. Some of the items looked as though they were just shoved into the box and some of the cards the jewelry came out were damaged. Overall not much to complain about just wished the packaging was better.

Overall, I liked everything I got. However, one item I received was completely wrong and I have been contacting the brand for a first-time order return/exchange. I had a simple order, so I don't see how this one simple necklace was overlooked.

Took a long time to receive; multiple items missing or damaged. Cute things but not the highest quality or best service. They are good about returns and credits. It’s hard to judge quality online.

Anything that I have received from ZAD (pronounced ZOD), has been gorgeous and popular with customers! I also appreciate that they called me personally to check on me and thank me for my business. It's nice to find companies who still understand that personal connection piece, these days!
