Place an 8oz round of Brie or Camembert in an oven-proof container or in one of our Brie Bakers. Score the top of the cheese with a sharp knife to allow the flavours to blend together, spoon on your prepared topping, bake and enjoy. Packaged in our original sealed pouches storage should be in cool (21 C or 70 F), dry area to provide a minimum shelf life without appreciable loss of flavour or functional characteristics.
