The device is perfect for our small boutique. We have been receiving lots of compliments on the fragrance and how it enhanced our space. The instructions for programming the device were a little challenging at first but we managed to get our preferred settings arranged after a little trial & error.

I'm so appreciative of the service provided! Alberto was patient in answering all of my questions, and my order arrived fairly quickly. There was a minor issue with an item and he and his team took care of it immediately, even sending tracking info on a SUNDAY...impressive! Not to mention the fragrance oils that I ordered smell amazing! I'll definitely be placing larger orders soon!

Not impressed this came with no instructions and I called and could not understand the gentleman and he told me I had to download an app in order to run this.
