The quality of the product is amazing, I absolutely love them. Unfortunately, there was a considerable delay in receiving them and a mistake was made. When requesting a replacement with the correct personalisation, the order was cancelled (I.e. full refund, no replacements) which is disappointing because we really like these Tic-Tac-Toe products!!!
