HIC Kitchen's Burger Press forms perfectly round hamburger patties quickly and easily. Each burger patty is uniform in thickness to cook evenly all the way through and sized perfectly to fit inside a hamburger bun. A helpful addition to cooking tools, it quickly prepares burgers for pan or BBQ grill. The hinged design is easy to use. Simply line the press inside with plastic wrap (for easy patty removal), add patty mixture, press the lid closed firmly. Remove any excess meat from around the edges or add more if necessary. Open the lid and turn the patty out. It's perfect for all grillaholics, carnivores, and vegetarians alike. Easily form hamburger and chicken patties, turkey burgers, sausage patties and crab cakes, even veggie burgers, quinoa patties, and individual hash browns.
