BIG AND BOLD, JUST LIKE TEXAS! You’re gonna love this rub on brisket, ribs, burgers, steak, or any other beef that you wanna perfect. Apply one of our Step One Base Coats and allow spices to permeate deep into the meat to create a natural exterior “sweat” binder. Wait at least 10 minutes for the magic to happen, then generously layer with our Big Bold Beef Rub for maximum flavor and incredible color. Wait at least 10 more minutes before cooking. By separating the two different layers and steps, you’ve locked in flavor internally with a Base Coat, while still being able to apply as much Big Bold Beef as desired - all without over salting. Need a little more salt and spice next time? Add more Base Coat. Cook like a pro, cause you’re in control! (Don’t like salt, don’t add a Base Coat!) Perfect for brisket, ribs, burgers, steak, and anything else you can dream up. Produces an incredible color on meat. Gluten free. Each bottle has a smudge-proof and waterproof label.
