BOTANICAL NAME: Boswellia carterii ORIGIN: North Africa PLANT PART: Resin EXTRACTION METHOD: Steam Distilled PERFUMERY NOTE: Bottom Frankincense is spiritually elevating and a powerful aid during meditation. It is calming and centering on the mind, helping instill faith and trust and reconnect you with spirit. It's a purifying oil and helps energetically remove blocks and negativity. It can support trust, increased inner vision and concentration. It can promote healing and skin cell regeneration. It can encourage calmative effects on the psyche. It can also be supportive for the respiratory system, promoting the easing of coughs. Diluting with a carrier oil for skin application is recommended. Unless you are working directly with a highly qualified practitioner who has been specifically trained in essential oil pharmacology, it is not advisable to take internally. If pregnant or nursing, consult your physician.
