Wholesale White peppercorns

Our white pepper is a premium product from Morocco. Before harvesting, it is the same plant as black pepper. Its subtle spiciness is achieved by harvesting it fully ripe and then enjoying an 8-day bath under running water. This process removes the skin and flesh from the seed. The final step involves trampling off the remaining flesh. This process slightly reduces the spiciness, but it gives us the special sharpness with a sweet, fresh, and trendy taste, which is excellent for "peppering up" your light dishes as desired. The all-rounder among spices goes well with: meat, fish, poultry, and vegetable dishes like potato dishes.
