Communication is sparse; seemed like I had to do all the follow up, which is peculiar for a customer/retailer to do, especially when I placed a $600+ order. They also marked it as delivered before they even shipped which isn't ok. Otherwise everything was fine, products are good and are pretty/eye-catching.
