The quality of the products is good; in fact, I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that an item was missing from the order. When I pointed it out, I explained that perhaps it was overlooked or maybe there was an error, as these things can happen. Instead, I was rudely told that it was impossible. Having been in business for 25 years, I have never experienced such treatment. I recommend being more courteous to customers and showing respect. Regards.

We would recommend better packaging and, above all, cushioning of the goods. Dented packaging is unsellable. Unfortunately, that was the case here. Otherwise, a good selection.
