The quality of the products is good; in fact, I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that an item was missing from the order. When I pointed it out, I explained that perhaps it was overlooked or maybe there was an error, as these things can happen. Instead, I was rudely told that it was impossible. Having been in business for 25 years, I have never experienced such treatment. I recommend being more courteous to customers and showing respect. Regards.
