Packaging, Fast shipping and communication was excellent. Only concern I have is it said I had to pay first to find out what the shipping cost would be. It said TBD. After I paid It still was showing as TBD. I finally learned the shipping cost a few days later. Highly irregular business practice that I am not comfortable with. Thankfully, the shipping cost was reasonable. I hope they get this fixed soon. Otherwise the items I ordered were packaged very nicely for resale and of excellent quality
