Description
We used several all-natural ingredients to create the best Tequila inspired agave product on the market. We blended ingredients such as: Cubeba pepper, Mexican lime oil, Italian chinotto, quassia, angelica and grapefruit extracts to create the right flavor profile for this agave blanco. Customers love these smaller sizes of our 750mL bottle so they can try before committing to a full size bottle.

Overall, a great experience. The mini sampler sets sell out super quick. The mezcal is unmatched. The tequila is also good. The gin and whiskey are solid too. I rave the most about the mezcal and get the most "wow are you sure this isn't alcohol?" from the mezcal.

That Mezcal though!! I’ve done well over 200 private one hour tastings and always present a NonAlc whiskey or mezcal by saying “so, NonAlc spirits, aren’t really in a sipping place, but, I do enjoy sampling this Cut Above mezcal because the flavor profile is so spot on. Bell pepper, just the right kind and quantity of smoke (not too much!). I have it twice on my cocktail list! Stoked to let the people know what’s good!! Joshua James - Ocean Beach Cafe
