The product itself is great. However, the package and shipment handling is not as good. The shipping box was damaged and inside the individual packages were also broken. Faire quickly refunded for the damaged product which is great. I also hope there could be more communication in terms of inventory. They automatically removed the items which were out of stock without communicating before shipping.

I love Avanchy's product but since I started buying with them back in 2018, their shipping/packaging of their products suck. They don't wrap the product to ensure the product doesn't get damaged. But almost ALWAYS at least a quarter to half of my product's boxes are damaged, ripped, crunched.....a product that doesn't look good on the outside, doesn't always sell well. Invest in some better wrapping and put more care into your customer's packages, Avanchy!
