All is calm and bright on this African Christmas night. Our holy family ornament is handmade by artisans in Uganda, East Africa. Mary and Joseph look over baby Jesus as he sleeps sweetly in a tiny woven basket. Each figure is dressed in traditional kitenge garments, no two are exactly alike. Dimensions: 4" high x 2" wide. Materials: wire, fabric scraps, paper-mâché, banana leaves Country of Origin: Uganda Ornaments 4 Orphans is a member of the fair trade federation. You can find felt ornaments at many stores but the quality is kind of cheap and design is just ok. These ornaments not only help create jobs in developing countries but also are very well made and the designs are unique and fun! I got a great response from my customers this holiday season!
